I hope you enjoy this deep stretch designed to relax and release your muscles.

*Two (10 min) rounds of:

• 2 min seated forward fold

• 2 min child’s pose

• 1 min supine twist (each side)

• 1 min pigeon pose (each side)

• 1 min lizard pose (each side)

*Fit + Strong Tip: if you’re fidgety by nature, really focus on your breath work. And maybe just one (10 min) round instead of two...
