Do each round twice- 45 seconds on/ 15 seconds off

 

ROUND 1:

Cross country skier

High plank hold with jump jack feet

Wide stance butt kicker

Squat jump

Leg drops

ROUND 2:

Jumping jacks

Triceps dips

Mountain climber

Reverse lunge

Lying back extensions

ROUND 3:

Side plank hip lift (r side)

Bird dog (r arm, l leg)

Quick-quick-hold bicycle

Bird dog (l arm, right leg)

Side plank hip lift (l side)
