So many of us want a healthy snack but we are out of time, and short on extra cash to buy organic produce, organic meat, organic grains, organic almond butter- which can be $15/ jar! The most important thing is to 'keep your eye on the prize.'  We want our snacks to have high nutritional value and not just empty calories.
